Lost or Delayed Orders

What is South x Midwest's return policy?

We want you to love your South x Midwest experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unused products within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in saleable condition.

How do I initiate a return?

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

Can I exchange a product?

Yes, we’re happy to offer exchanges on unused products within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us to begin the exchange process, and we’ll arrange the details to ensure you receive a product you love.

Return Shipping Costs

At this time, we do not cover return shipping costs. However, if an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately, and we will cover the cost of return shipping.
